Job Summary:
Brockton Home Health Care is seeking a
Home Health Care Marketer
to build relationships with referral sources such as hospitals, physicians, assisted living facilities, group homes, and community events. The role involves developing and executing marketing strategies, conducting market analysis, and supporting business development initiatives to increase referrals and the client base. Required Skills: Minimum of a Bachelors Degree and at least two years of recent sales experience in the healthcare industry, preferably in home healthcare. Formal sales training. Proven ability to develop and implement sales and marketing plans. Experience in achieving referral goals within the market. Excellent planning, organization, and presentation skills. Established healthcare contacts and ability to network within the community. Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with healthcare professionals. Responsibilities: Building Relationships:
Establish and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, clinics, assisted living facilities, group homes, sober houses, and other referral sources. Marketing and Outreach:
Attend networking events, participate in community outreach, and conduct in-person visits to promote services. Market Analysis:
Analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to inform strategies. Sales and Presentations:
Conduct informative and persuasive presentations to potential clients and referral sources. Business Development:
Support initiatives to develop new referral partnerships and expand market presence. Communication and Collaboration:
Ensure smooth client onboarding and service coordination through effective communication. Tracking and Reporting:
Monitor marketing activities and report progress toward goals. Compliance:
