2 days ago Be among the first 25 applicants Job Title: Administration/Communication Specialist Location: Vienna, VA Type: Contract Contractor Work Model: Hybrid (onsite 2 days minimum) Pay Rate: Open to Both C2C and W2 options Position Type: Multiyear Contract An Administration/Communication Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring smooth operational workflows. This role focuses on administrative and logistical support tasks that enable efficient business operations, regulatory compliance, and excellent customer service. 1. Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills 2. Knowledge of hardware and software support 3. Good communication and documentation skills Job Description: • Research, write, and support the development of talking points, scripts, emails, and speeches for internal communications for leadership • Experience in drafting and editing medium and small-scale communication campaigns • Demonstrated executive maturity and an ability to work effectively with senior executives • Familiar with of change management principles and practices • Ability to work in a fast-paced business environment and manage multiple projects concurrently and meet changing requirements and priorities to accomplish goals • Effective copywriting, editing and proofreading skills, including extensive print and online writing and editorial experience • Effective relationship-building skills • Effective presentation skills • Effective skill to successfully influence, lead and/or guide others towards goals We are looking for an individual who also is comfortable with: • Creating PowerPoint presentations • Developing email copy (any use of Staffbase is a plus!) • Understands project management and can independently create materials against a timeline System One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé, ALTA IT Services, and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
