Your main responsibilities

• Independent planning and optimization of complex radiotherapy treatments (IMRT, VMAT, SBRT, SRS/SRT, DIBH)
• Dose calculation and plan quality assurance using Varian Eclipse
• Image fusion and 4D planning (CT/MRI/PET), including AI-supported auto-contouring (Limbus AI)
• Close collaboration with radiation oncologists, medical physicists, and RFP teams in interdisciplinary planning boards
• Process and workflow optimization: continuous development of SOPs and introduction of new tools
• Participation in research and development projects (AI-based planning, automation)

Your profile

• Degree as a radiologic technologist (HF/FH) with specialization in dosimetry or MSc in Medical Physics
• At least two years of proven experience in radiotherapy planning with linear accelerators (TrueBeam or similar)
• Proficient in common planning software (Eclipse or similar) and QA systems
• Strong spatial awareness, analytical working style, and high attention to detail
• Enthusiasm for interprofessional teamwork and sharing best practices
• Excellent German language skills as well as knowledge of English or French, or willingness to improve
