Hoplite SolutionsTM is hiring: Target Analyst Reporter – Level 2 in Fort Meade

Hoplite Solutions is searching for an experienced Target Analyst Reporter (TAR). A Target Analyst Reporter prioritizes, assesses, evaluates, and reports information obtained from passive and active collection, network evaluation, and analysis, combined with related collateral sources when appropriate, to provide synthesized products to customers.

The responsibilities include writing reports that may require significant editing, assisting in determining reportability of activities, locating reportable information, and focusing reports based on analysis. The role requires familiarity with basic SIGINT reporting policies and collateral report repositories, and the ability to conduct research and synthesize information from multiple sources. Mentorship and guidance from government personnel are also part of the role.

Qualifications:

• Must have a current/active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph and be willing to pass an additional polygraph as required.
• At least 8 years of experience related to the job description.
• Ability to draft and/or edit finished serialized SIGINT product reports for release.
• Ability to author reports based on simple traffic or limited traffic.
• Knowledge of various technologies and topics to identify analytic vectors.
• Experience in exploiting foreign communications and communication systems to identify, collect, analyze, process, and disseminate SIGINT information according to established requirements and priorities.
• Experience with software applications and databases related to SIGINT report writing and target development.
• Familiarity with advanced SIGINT reporting policies, such as the use of STI, unusual tearlines, Post Publication actions, RFIs, etc.
• Familiarity with SIGINT and collateral report repositories, with the ability to incorporate independent research to enhance reporting.
