Videographer & Video Editor job at Jazwares, LLC. Plantation, FL. As the Videographer & Video Editor for our in-house studio, you'll be a master of visual storytelling for our dynamic global toy company! You'll capture, create, and polish captivating video content from start to finish, including videography, editing, motion graphics, and sound design. If you're a hands-on creative who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, ensuring every video meets our high-quality standards and deadlines.
What You Will Do:- Executing captivating product and lifestyle videography, showcasing your expert knowledge of camera operation, lighting, and composition.
- Directing shots as needed and handling all footage processing, including file conversion, color correction, and storage management.
- Editing videos from start to finish using Adobe Premiere Pro, creating everything from product videos and sizzle reels to event recaps and corporate presentations.
- Utilizing the latest video editing techniques and expertly handling all audio.
- Creating and editing compelling motion graphics using Adobe After Effects, elevating every project.
- Managing all assigned projects within our project and digital asset management systems.
- Attending meetings to discuss projects and revisions.
- Ensuring all work adheres to established project templates.
- Collaborating closely with other team members to deliver final products that precisely match requirements and specifications.
- Bachelor's degree in film and video production, digital media, or another similar field preferred, or commensurate mix of experience and education.
- 4-6 years of professional experience at a production studio, advertising agency, or similar.
- Demo reel and or website demonstrating creative abilities and examples of past work.
- Proficient in Premier Pro and Adobe After Effects.
- Strong visual skills with attention to detail and an eye for consistency and color.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work quickly without sacrificing overall image quality.
- Eagerness to move fast, take on new challenges, introduce and implement new approaches and ideas, grow, test, and learn.
- Able to work in a fast paced environment and have strong project management skills.
- Team player who can take direction and execute against it with little assistance, comfortable working independently.
- Effectively present ideas - both verbally and visually.
- Meet with clients, internal and external, to understand needs and share ideas.
- Be a great communicator, receive and interpret feedback, and meet tight deadlines.
- Bi-lingual (english/spanish) a plus.
- Environment: Typically an office environment, but may require some work outdoors or in a warehouse setting occasionally

- Schedule: Typically requires regular office hours, however, may require calls with global counterparts outside of regular office hours occasionally
- Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to sit for long periods of time
- Must be able to lift up to 25lbs often, and up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Must be able to reach with hands or arms
