About the Role
We're looking for a dynamic, creative, and culture-savvy Social Media Manager to bring our brand to life across digital platforms. You'll be responsible for crafting and executing a social media strategy that reflects the unique voice of our client, drives engagement, and fuels audience growth. Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute a comprehensive content calendar across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other relevant platforms
- Create original, scroll-stopping content aligned with the client's brand identity and storytelling goals
- Manage day-to-day social media operations including content production, scheduling, publishing, and community engagement
- Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics monthly with actionable insights and optimization strategies
- 2 - 4+ years of experience managing social media accounts, preferably in the lifestyle or family content space
- Proven track record of building audiences and increasing engagement across multiple platforms
- Strong content creation chops, including video editing and photography
- Deep knowledge of lifestyle content trends, internet culture, and platform algorithms
- Proficient in social media management tools (e.g., Later, Sprout, Hootsuite)
- Excellent analytical skills and comfort with data-driven decision making
- Strong writing skills with an eye for brand tone and voice
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong project management abilities
- Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and adapting quickly to changing priorities
