Our client, a Homecare agency, is seeking a full time Field Marketer to increase brand awareness and generate qualified leads by actively engaging with the local community and healthcare providers. This role is ideal for a self-motivated and outgoing professional who thrives on relationship-building and is passionate about connecting people with essential care services.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement outreach campaigns to generate referrals and new leads.
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, community organizations, and prospective clients.
• Attend and represent the company at community events, networking functions, and industry meetings.
• Distribute marketing materials and educate potential clients and families on available home care services.
• Track outreach activity and collaborate with internal teams to support overall growth and service delivery.

Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple initiatives.
• Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel locally as needed.
• Background in home care, healthcare, or senior services is a plus.
• Experience in sales, marketing, or community outreach a plus.
