Scope of Responsibility

• Interface with UI/UX design teams, executive office, and clients to facilitate organized development sprints and proper project documentation.
• Establish clear ownership for project tasks, ensure team members have the necessary tools and resources, and provide timely feedback.
• Assess project issues and identify solutions to meet productivity, quality, and customer goals.
• Define and maintain SDSol’s development process, manage implementation lifecycle, and report project status to the executive office as needed.
• Organize and lead project planning, daily stand-up meetings, reviews, retrospectives, demos, and other ad hoc project-related meetings.
• Ensure effective communication within teams, focusing on prioritization, accountability, and visibility.
• Hold co-workers and clients accountable for deliverables.
• Continuously seek improvement opportunities for internal processes and client communication.

Candidate should possess:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Math, Business, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of project management experience; post-sales support experience or experience in the consumer electronics industry is a plus.
• Ability to function successfully across groups and influence at all organizational levels.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to synthesize complex and sometimes confusing information into succinct executive summaries.
• Ability to adapt to working on multiple projects, delays, customer demands, or unforeseen hurdles.
