About The Role

We’re seeking a Generative Video Producer to create dynamic, short-form video and visual assets using the latest in generative AI and video editing tools. This is a hands-on production role supporting digital advertising campaigns across social media, websites, YouTube, and programmatic placements.

The ideal candidate brings a deep interest in visual storytelling, proficiency with emerging creative AI platforms, and a strong understanding of digital content formats that perform in paid and organic channels. You’ll work closely with the media team to execute fast-turnaround assets that are on brand, on brief, and built for performance.

This role is perfect for a content creator excited about pushing the boundaries of AI-driven production while supporting high-impact, real-world campaigns for globally recognized travel brands.

Key Responsibilities

AI Video & Visual Content Production

  • Create short-form, brand-aligned video and still assets using generative AI tools (e.g., Veo, Midjourney, Runway, Pika, Sora).
  • Deliver content that is optimized for platform-specific performance across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, websites, and programmatic video.

Video Editing & Post-Production

  • Transform raw AI-generated visuals, stock footage, client brand assets, and UGC into high-impact short-form videos.
  • Produce channel-specific edits for TikTok/Reels, YouTube Shorts, Meta feeds/stories, and programmatic placements.
  • Apply dynamic pacing, text overlays, sound design, and motion graphics to ensure all final assets meet platform specs, campaign KPIs, and media best practices.

Creative Execution & Storytelling

  • Translate creative briefs into polished, performance-ready visuals and video content.
  • Execute against storyboards or existing concepts with a strong eye for detail and brand alignment.
  • Collaborate with creative leads and media strategists in a fast-paced, feedback-driven environment.

AI Tool Integration & Innovation

  • Leverage cutting-edge generative tools and stay ahead of emerging AI technologies.
  • Contribute to internal testing, tool evaluation, and creative workflow enhancements.

Creative Performance Collaboration

  • Align content with campaign objectives and performance feedback in partnership with media and analytics teams.
  • Adjust assets and creative treatments based on testing outcomes, platform learning and client feedback

Asset & Workflow Management

  • Maintain organized file systems, version control, and timely delivery of assets.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously with accuracy and efficiency.

Brand Stewardship

  • Ensure creative output consistently reflects each client’s visual identity and tone of voice.
  • Express a range of brand personalities through AI-enhanced production without compromising quality or cohesion.

What Success Looks Like

  • 90% of deliverables meet or exceed internal and client expectations for brand alignment, quality, and performance readiness.
  • Assets are delivered on time and meet technical requirements across social, web, and programmatic video channels.
  • Actively contribute to creative workflow improvements through tool experimentation and shared learnings.
  • Internal teams rely on you for executional excellence and technical fluency in AI video production.
  • Feedback from peers and managers reflects high-quality collaboration, responsiveness, and adaptability.
