Marketing Coordinator

ECORP, a fast-paced environmental consulting firm (CEQA/NEPA, biology, archaeology, air quality, noise, permitting), is searching for experienced Marketing Coordinators. This is a dynamic internal position that offers a significant variety of daily tasks, as well as long-range assignments. Though not the primary focus of this position, proposal coordination experience and skills are a plus. Successful candidates must be detail-oriented, self-starters, reliable, able to work independently and on a team, possess outstanding interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal), be well organized, and excellent at multitasking. The ideal candidate must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and well versed in Deltek Vision (CRM) data management and Constant Contact. A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, as well as 5 years of related experience or equivalent, is preferred. Related experience must be in the A/E/C industry; candidates without this experience will not be considered. Our base full-time annual salary range is $50,000-$77,000.
