Key Responsibilities: • Collaborate with a strategist to transform concepts into functional, testable web experiences while communicating technical insights to non-technical stakeholders as needed. • Manage end-to-end A/B test setups within Optimizely, including build processes, metrics definition, audience targeting, URL configurations, and thorough pre-/post-launch QA. • Identify opportunities for enhancements in the Client web widget product, propose innovative features, and contribute to ongoing improvements to drive better user experiences. • Update widget code to deliver targeted experiences using session-based logic (e.g., new vs. returning users, logged-in vs. logged-out states, lapsed customers, and geo-targeting) informed by dataLayer, session storage, or local storage. Required Qualifications: • Minimum of 5 years of web development experience. • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience). • Hands-on experience with the Optimizely platform (or similar A/B testing platforms) and a solid understanding of A/B testing methodologies. • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively. • Strong communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical information for non-technical stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience with other A/B testing platforms apart from Optimizely. • Familiarity with web optimization techniques to improve performance and user experience. • Experience in data-driven decision-making and analyzing test results for continuous improvement. • Familiarity with version control systems like Git. • Experience in working with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar platforms. #J-18808-Ljbffr
