Streamline Processes: Continually assess and implement new procedures to make our team and process more efficient, elevating service standards across departments. What We're Looking For Educational Background: A degree in Interior Design (Bachelor's degree preferred). Experience: At least 8 years in commercial interior design and 4+ years in a management role are preferred. Leadership & Vision: Proven ability to lead teams, foster growth, and manage multiple projects effectively.
