Fusion Academy is seeking an experienced Creative Director to join our team. As the Creative Director, you will be responsible for leading the creative direction of our brand and marketing campaigns, ensuring that they align with our organization’s goals and values. We are seeking a candidate who has a keen eye for design and a passion for creating innovative and engaging content. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute creative solutions that result in measurable success.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement a cohesive creative strategy that aligns with the company’s objectives
Direct and manage the day-to-day operations of the creative department
Conceptualize and lead the design of marketing campaigns and materials such as digital ads, newsletters, social media content, and brochures
Guide the creative team on best practices for design, layout, and messaging
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content that resonates with our target audience
Monitor industry trends and competition to stay up-to-date on emerging creative trends and identify opportunities for innovation
Build and maintain relationships with external creative partners such as agencies and freelancers
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or related field
7+ years of experience in a senior creative role
A portfolio showcasing your creative work, including design projects and marketing campaigns
Proven experience leading and inspiring creative teams
Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience working with Adobe Creative Suite, as well as other design and video editing software
