What You’ll Do

• Own the content creation lifecycle — from ideation to production to publishing, with performance in mind.
• Create engaging short-form video, photo, carousel, and story content optimized for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook.
• Align your creative with Storyy’s mission to turn followers into customers by building trust through authenticity and high aesthetic standards.
• Strategize and execute content designed to hit growth and conversion goals — you’re not just posting to post.
• Monitor trends and quickly turn them into branded, story-driven content pieces that feel native to each platform.
• Collaborate with our team of creators, editors, and marketers to ensure cohesive storytelling across campaigns.
• Keep pace with multiple posts per day to help win in the feed.
• Use our own tech and creative team to help accelerate our content output

• Are excited about working with influencers, creators, and personal brands to help amplify their voices and grow their reach.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment where you’re juggling content for multiple clients or hosts daily, without losing quality or creativity.
• Have strong aesthetic instincts — you know how to make content that feels on-brand, on-trend, and on-purpose.
• Understand the psychology behind content that builds trust and affinity — and ultimately drives action.
• Are self-motivated, proactive, and love working in a fast-moving, agile environment.

️ Requirements

• 2+ years experience in content creation or social media marketing
• Strong portfolio of video and visual content (especially short-form)
• Proven ability to craft content with measurable performance impact
• Familiarity with editing tools (CapCut, Adobe Suite, Canva, etc.)
• Understanding of audience segmentation and digital storytelling principles
• Comfortable managing deliverables for multiple hosts or clients at once
• Excellent time management and ability to hit deadlines consistently

The Comp (Show Me the Money)

• Base salary: $40K – $50K (depending on experience)
