Job DescriptionJob Title: Marketing SpecialistLocation: North GeorgiaIndustry: Architecture / Design / PlanningEmployment Type: Full-Time About the RoleWe are seeking a talented and versatile Marketing Specialist to join a well-established architecture and planning firm in North Georgia. This is a full-time position ideal for a creative, detail-oriented professional with a passion for marketing in the built environment. You'll play a key role in promoting the firm's projects, crafting compelling proposals, managing social media presence, and supporting brand development through graphic design. This role is essential in helping communicate the firm's expertise in complex project types across the South Atlantic region-particularly in Animal Health, Healthcare, Multi-Family, Commercial, and Brewing & Distilling sectors. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain engaging content for the firm's website and social media platforms Support preparation of marketing materials, presentations, and project sheets Lead or assist in the preparation of RFPs/RFQs, especially for government contracts Design marketing collateral using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) Maintain consistent brand messaging across all communication channels Work closely with the leadership team and project managers to gather information and highlight project success stories Assist with internal communications, events, and client engagement initiativesQualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field Minimum 3 years of marketing experience in a professional services environment (AEC industry experience preferred) Strong proficiency in social media management and content creation Skilled in graphic design with advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Experience with RFP/RFQ development for government or institutional clients is a plusWhy Join Us?Join a collaborative team of planners and architects dedicated to shaping environments that matter.
