Position Summary:

Essential Functions:

• Develop and implement new user-facing features
• Steer requirements and oversee development of all aspects of UX for the site, including ensuring the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
• Create front-end user interfaces (UI) from wireframes & specifications
• Partner with Backend Development, QA and Analytics to support e-commerce projects
• Create designs and styles for front-end user experience

Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and, Experience

• 1+ years of front-end development experience or equivalent combination of education and experience (portfolio/code examples submittal required)
• Bachelor’s in Computer Science or equivalent combination of education, training and, experience
• Proficient understanding of web markup, including HTML5, CSS3
• Experience optimizing code for SEO and Google’s Core Web Vitals
• Proven experience in translating design requirements for optimal UI
• Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization
• Organized, detailed and able to meet tight deadlines
• Flexible, creative and team-oriented with strong problem solving skills

Physical Demands: Ability to remain in a stationary position 90% of work time with extensive computer use. Occasionally move about inside the department and within the main building of the company, with or without reasonable accommodation.
