The Role

We are seeking a skilled Web Developer to bring creative visions to life through exceptional web experiences. You will work closely with our creative team to build responsive, high-performing websites and digital experiences for our diverse client roster, from e-commerce platforms to brand showcase sites.

What You Will Do

• Build responsive, mobile-first websites using modern web technologies
• Convert design mockups into functional, interactive web experiences
• Develop custom WordPress themes and maintain client websites
• Implement e-commerce solutions using Shopify, WooCommerce, or custom builds
• Collaborate with designers and project coordinators on client deliverables
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and optimal performance across all devices
  
  

What You Bring

• 4-6 years of professional web development experience
• Excellent communication skills and comfort presenting to clients
• Professional demeanor and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive design
• Strong WordPress development skills including custom theme creation
• Knowledge of PHP, MySQL, and version control systems (Git)
• Experience with build tools and preprocessors (Sass, Webpack, Gulp)
• Understanding of SEO principles and web performance optimization
• Agency experience required, especially with lifestyle brands
