As a Global Portfolio Marketer, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative people around the world. As an Advanced Materials and Transportation Portfolio Marketer, you will help to drive growth in the Thermal Management EV Battery Solutions portfolio.

Here, You Will Make An Impact By

• Leading NPI portfolio commercialization activities to support growth in the rapidly developing battery electric vehicle customer market segment
• Managing new product efforts with cross-functional team; leads cross-functional team through gate review process for new products
• Partnering with R&D/Laboratory and Finance to develop realistic business cases that clearly define the risks, rewards, and resources needed.
• Developing and implements effective new product launch plans that fully realize the opportunity in the market as quickly as possible.
• Supporting Thermal Management Global Portfolio Managers in growth activities through customer RFQ coordination and execution
• Consulting with global Product and Vertical portfolio to prioritize new application and product ideas for product roadmap development and execution through customer and market insights
  
  
  

Your Skills And Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution
• Five (5) years of combined experience in New Product Commercialization, Marketing, Strategy, Sales and/or Technical roles in a private, public, government or military environment
  
  
  

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Master's degree in Business or Technical discipline
• Experience in solving complex customer design challenges in a technical, sales, or marketing role in the Automotive market environment
• Prior experience leading global projects in the Automotive market
• Skills include customer-focused thinking, excellent analytical skills with ability to think strategically and navigate complex situations
  
  
  

Work location:

• Hybrid Eligible (Job Duties allow for some remote work but require travel to St Paul, MN or Livonia, MI at least 1 days per week)
  
  
  

Travel: May include up to 10% Domestic and International Travel

Relocation Assistance: May be authorized

Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $164,612 - $201,193, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience. In addition, this position may be eligible for a range of benefits (e.g., Medical, Dental & Vision, Health Savings Accounts, Health Care & Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts, Disability Benefits, Life Insurance, Voluntary Benefits, Paid Absences and Retirement Benefits, etc.).
