Purpose of Role

Responsible for conceptualizing and producing high-performing visual assets tailored for digital marketing campaigns across paid social, streaming platforms (CTV/OTT), CRM, paid search, and programmatic display. Works cross-functionally with the paid search team, as well as other creative team members to ensure cohesion and synergy across the marketing department.

Expectations

  • Designs and produces static and motion-based creative assets for Meta (Facebook/Instagram), CTV/OTT, CRM, paid search, and programmatic display.
  • Collaborates with media buyers, campaign managers, and CRM teams to translate performance insights into data-informed creative concepts.
  • Ensures creative output supports omni-channel strategies by building assets that are modular and adaptable across multiple platforms and screen formats.
  • Leverages AI-powered tools (e.g., automation platforms, text-to-image/video, versioning tools) to accelerate production while maintaining brand and creative quality.
  • Works closely with the paid search team to align creative development with ad copy testing and landing page strategies.
  • Applies performance learnings and campaign metrics to continuously iterate on creative assets, formats, and messaging.
  • Maintains brand consistency while developing variations to support audience segmentation and A/B testing.
  • Develops and manages creative briefs, timelines, and review cycles in partnership with the digital and content teams.
  • Ensures open communication and alignment with other creative team members to drive collaboration and synergy across the department.
  • Stays current with digital and streaming design trends, platform creative specs, and consumer behavior patterns.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Qualifications – Education Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree

Qualifications – Education – Field(s)/Profession(s)

  • Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Digital Media, or a related field.

Qualifications – Experience/Skills/Competencies

  • Minimum 5 years of digital design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing work across paid social, streaming, CRM, paid search, and programmatic display.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere) and Figma or similar tools.
  • Experience using AI-based creative platforms for content generation, dynamic creative, and workflow optimization
  • Demonstrated success creating omni-channel campaigns with visual assets tailored for performance and scalability.
  • Strong understanding of marketing funnels, conversion design principles, and performance KPIs (CTR, CPL, ROAS).
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to take initiative and contribute ideas proactively.
  • Experience in financial services or regulated industries.

Compensation

The base salary range for this position is ($96,200 - $115,400) inclusive of all geographical differences in the labor market. The base salary for the position will be determined based on factors such as the candidate’s work location, skills, education, and experience. In addition to those factors, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members in determining any final offer.
