Volunteer Co-Producer for Independent Film Job at Arts & Business Council of Gre

Amy Hoskins and Ryzomfilms.com seek a Volunteer Co-Producer in the US to join their team for a meaningful project. The role involves helping meet fundraising goals by the end of the year to produce Rebekah’s Closet, a short film addressing mental illness and recovery, filmed in France. Successful fundraising in the US will enable eligibility for grants in France. This project aims to inspire survivors and raise awareness about mental health and trauma.

Art Therapy :: Creative Process
The novel originated from art therapy in 2004, leading to the writing of 546 pages. Based on Hoskins’ true story of healing from childhood trauma, the novel is Memoir and Magic Realism. Hoskins has multiple mental health diagnoses, reflected in Rebekah.

Short Film :: A Message to Survivors
The film is a visual journey from trauma to healing, aiming to reduce mental health stigma and show survivors they are not alone. Rebekah’s journey is challenging but hopeful, supported by loved ones.
