Central Catholic High School seeks an innovative, student-centered, and detail-oriented Librarian & Blackbaud Database Administrator to lead a dynamic library program while managing the school’s academic database systems. This position requires a visionary leader capable of reimagining the library as a vibrant learning hub supporting 21st-century education, with strong data management and troubleshooting skills to oversee the Blackbaud database.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing daily library operations, including circulation, cataloging, acquisitions, and inventory.
• Creating a welcoming environment that promotes reading, research, and engagement.
• Partnering with faculty to teach information literacy and responsible technology use.
• Supporting digital citizenship and academic integrity.
• Curating diverse collections reflecting student interests and needs.
• Hosting programs and literacy initiatives.

Blackbaud Database Administration:

• Overseeing system configuration, user access, and maintenance.
• Managing data operations, reports, and dashboards.
• Ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Training faculty and staff on LMS and SIS systems.

Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in Library and Information Science (MLIS).
• Experience managing school library or similar setting (preferred).
• Proficiency with library systems and digital platforms.
• Experience with Blackbaud or similar database systems.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to Catholic education.

Additional Requirements:

• Ability to manage physical and digital resources.
• Physical ability to lift supplies and perform physical tasks.
• Availability to work full days, some weekends/evenings.

Salary starts at $50,000, with full benefits. This position is exempt and full-time.
