We are a real estate photography company seeking to expand our team of Full-time photographers in the Greater Des Moines area. We offer a flexible schedule and competitive pay for motivated individuals. No photo editing is required!
If you are interested in a professional photography position, this could be the right fit for you. Previous real estate photography experience is not necessary. Photographers are paid per shoot, with typical earnings ranging from $60 to $200+ per session, depending on the package ordered by the client. Each appointment usually lasts an hour or less, with 4-5 appointments possible per day.
Photographer Requirements:
- 1-2 Years of Professional Photography Experience
- Professional-grade camera with a full-frame sensor and at least 24MP resolution
- No APS-C sensors
- Wide-angle zoom lens (12-24mm or 14-24mm)
- Professional-grade tripod
- Reliable transportation
- Strong computer skills
- Knowledge of bracketing (training provided)
- Ability to follow comprehensive photography guidelines
- Internet connection and a laptop capable of uploading large files quickly
- Dropbox Plus account
- Ability to have Supra Key access
- Availability for assignments in your local market M-F and occasionally on weekends
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, maintaining professionalism when interacting with clients and support staff
- Well-organized, motivated, with attention to detail and follow-up skills
- Receptive to constructive feedback
- Ability to pass a background check
- Adaptability to changing environments and technology
All team members are trained in photography, videography, Matterport technology, and FAA Part 107 drone certification. Experience in drone, video, or Matterport is a plus but training is available for the right candidates. If not FAA certified, you will need to pass a written test within your first 30 days, with testing fees reimbursed upon successful completion.
