Your Mission & Responsibilities Ahead Of You
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing & PR Coordinator to support the execution of brand, PR, influencer, and retail marketing initiatives across North America. This role requires a proactive communicator with strong organisational skills and a love for fashion, culture, and storytelling.
You’ll collaborate closely with the global marketing team in Copenhagen, local retail teams, PR agencies, influencers, and press contacts to drive awareness, engagement, and community-building for GANNI in the US and Canada.
Must Have Requirements
Trade & Wholesale Marketing Activation
- Build 360° marketing plans for key wholesale accounts (department stores, specialty retailers, e-retailers).
- Adapt global assets to retailer-specific needs (lookbooks, banners, PDP content, CRM formats).
- Coordinate the rollout of visual merchandising, POS displays, and promotional campaigns in-store and online.
- Lead the planning and execution of co-branded events, trunk shows, pop-ups or brand weekends.
- Manage guest lists, invitations, logistics, and post-event reporting.
- Collaborate with sales teams and retailers to ensure high-impact execution and traffic generation.
- Create and update seasonal sell-in tools: product decks, trade newsletters, brand books.
- Provide marketing kits and assets tailored to each account’s activation plan.
- Ensure consistency of brand image across all retail touchpoints.
- Manage trade marketing budgets per account and track ROI.
- Monitor KPIs and performance of each initiative (sales uplift, traffic, engagement).
- Prepare campaign wrap-ups and performance analysis for internal teams and retailers.
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing, PR, or communications—ideally in fashion, lifestyle, or beauty.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
- Passionate about fashion, sustainability, and brand storytelling.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment.
- Familiar with tools like Launchmetrics, Fashion GPS, Cision, and social analytics platforms.

This position operates out of our beautiful New York office in Soho, located around the corner from our Flagship GANNI Retail store on Mercer Street. We offer daily subsidized lunches and are proud of our close-knit team and positive NY office culture! We are currently working on a hybrid WFH schedule and are in the office at least 3-4 days a week.
