About The Role

We’re seeking a UI/UX Designer with a sharp eye for aesthetics, a knack for leveraging AI design tools, and a passion for delivering beautiful interfaces that power student success. As part of our agile product team, you’ll create polished, intuitive visuals that keep learners engaged throughout their entire journey. We’re on a mission to redefine the student lifecycle—from prospective learners to successful graduates—through innovative design and cutting-edge technology. In this role, you’ll craft visually stunning, interactive experiences that push the boundaries of learning engagement, working side-by-side with engineers, product managers, and key stakeholders to transform higher education.

Key Responsibilities

  • Visual Design: Craft stunning, cohesive interfaces using strong typography, color theory, and layout principles.
  • AI Integration: Employ AI-driven tools to speed up design processes and prototype next-gen UI concepts.
  • Design System Ownership: Build and maintain a consistent UI library for use across web and mobile platforms.
  • Collaboration & Execution: Work closely with developers and product leads to translate requirements into pixel-perfect designs.
  • Rapid Iteration: Use feedback and data analytics to refine designs and continually enhance user delight.

Qualifications

  • Background: Bachelor’s in Design (or related field) plus 5+ years of relevant UI design experience.
  • Portfolio: A strong collection of visually striking, user-friendly interfaces.
  • Tool Proficiency: Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and experience with AI-powered design tools.
  • Technical Awareness: Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/JS) for seamless designer-developer handoffs.
  • Communication: Clear, concise, and confident when presenting design ideas.
