About the Team:

As part of Pandora’s ongoing commitment to elevating our presence across the retail landscape, this role plays a pivotal part in shaping how our brand is experienced within key wholesale environments. You will evaluate our current retail presence, curate tailored asset packages that align with brand standards, and transform spaces to deliver a cohesive and impactful brand experience.

With increased strategic focus on our wholesale partnerships—including Disney, Dillard’s, Macy’s, and Cruise Lines—you will develop scalable processes and creative strategies that leverage existing marketing assets to meet each account's unique needs. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify retail opportunities and deliver compelling, account-specific solutions that drive brand consistency and business growth.

Your Role as a Visual Merchandising Specialist – Wholesale

  • Support VM needs for wholesale key accounts, including Macy’s, Disney, Dillard’s, and Cruise Lines.
  • Ensure POSM kits align with business and location needs.
  • Collaborate with GTM to create all necessary assets.
  • Create and review orders for all VM elements and POSM.
  • Work with the central VM team to ensure accurate and timely orders.
  • Follow up with account managers to manage claims.
  • Facilitate the development of guidelines and training materials to support wholesale accounts by channel.
  • Work with central VM teams to deliver targeted guidelines and training materials.
  • Partner with account managers and DSMs to ensure Pandora teams are trained on current VM standards.
  • Conduct training sessions for Pandora teams.
  • Collaborate with account managers to identify training opportunities.
  • Conduct store visits to designated locations in partnership with DSMs to ensure execution meets brand standards.
  • Share insights with the central team to update strategies as needed.
  • Identify commonalities for shared guidance and training.
  • Support NSO for large new opportunity customers.
  • Manage VM setup strategy with central and field teams.
  • Work with the NSO team on physical setup.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or similar.
  • 5+ years’ experience in Visual Merchandising, with retail or related function with wholesale background/focus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel) and Adobe Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
  • Intermediate experience as a Marketing or Wholesale professional.
  • Experience in the retail industry is preferred.
  • Reliable transportation required.
  • Experience in project management and store planning.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Travel required: 10% - 15% of the time.

We offer a robust compensation package including base and bonus, a 401K plan, and extensive benefits such as Medical, Dental, Vision, Short/Long Term Disability, Basic Life and AD&D, recognition programs, and product discounts.

Salary in New York City: $87,000 - $105,000, commensurate with experience.
