As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support our Chief Marketing Officer in executing high-impact strategies across various channels. The Marketing Coordinator will serve as the right hand to the CMO, providing hands-on support with data analytics, project execution, community engagement, and digital communications. This role requires a proactive, organized professional with a blend of creative and analytical skills. Key Responsibilities Data Analytics & Reporting : Track key performance indicators, interpret marketing campaign results, and prepare actionable insights for leadership. Project Management : Coordinate marketing initiatives, timelines, and deliverables to ensure on-time execution across campaigns. Community Event Management : Plan, organize, and represent the firm at community events and sponsorships to elevate our local presence. Email Marketing : Draft compelling emails; support content and strategy development. Mailchimp Oversight : Manage and execute email campaigns via Mailchimp, including list segmentation, A/B testing, and performance tracking. Social Media Reporting : Prepare visual and data-driven presentations summarizing the performance of paid social media ads for stakeholders and monthly reviews. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience) 1–3 years of experience in a marketing support role preferred Strong skills in Excel/Google Sheets for reporting Familiarity with Mailchimp, Canva, and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello) Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilities Experience in legal, healthcare, or professional services marketing is a plus Why Join Us?
