Senior Manager Talent Acquisition @ STIIIZY | HR | New Hire Engagement | Talent Development

We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Packaging Designer to join our growing design team. In this role, you will assist in the design and development of product packaging that reflects our brand identity, meets production requirements, and enhances the customer experience. This is an ideal position for a junior designer looking to grow within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the design of product packaging, including dielines, mockups, labels, and structural layouts
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, compliance, and production) to ensure designs meet branding and regulatory requirements
• Prepare production-ready files and ensure all assets meet print specifications
• Work with vendors and manufacturers to troubleshoot and revise packaging as needed
• Maintain packaging libraries and version control of all design files
• Assist in developing sustainable and innovative packaging solutions
• Stay current on industry trends, materials, and competitor packaging designs
• Performs work under direct supervision.
• Handles basic issues and problems and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff.

• Perform other duties as needed in support of business objectives assigned by the supervisor.?

Technical Skills & Abilities:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); familiarity with 3D rendering tools is a plus
• Strong understanding of print production processes and packaging materials
• Ability to read and build dielines and work within brand guidelines
• Knowledge of FDA/FTC/Cannabis packaging compliance regulations (Preferred)
• Interest in sustainable packaging practices and materials (Preferred)
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management
• Strong communication skills and the ability to receive and apply feedback

Education & Experience:

• 1–2 years of experience in packaging or graphic design (internship or freelance experience accepted)
• Experience working in the cannabis, CPG, beauty, or food/beverage industries (Preferred)

Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must be able to push, pull, move, and/or lift a minimum of 15 lbs. to a minimum height of 5 feet and be able to push, pull, move, and/or carry such weight a minimum distance of 50 feet.
• Prolonged periods of standing, sitting at a desk, and working on a computer
• Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization's facilities.
• Ability to get in and out of the vehicle and walk up and down stairs during your shift.
• Must be able to stand, sit for prolonged periods of time, bend, kneel, squat, and twist.
