What You'll Need

  • Masters or Specialist degree in School Psychology from an accredited program (required)
  • Active Alabama certification for School Psychology issued by the Alabama State Department of Education
  • Completion of a supervised internship in a school setting
  • National Certification (NCSP) preferred but not required
  • Demonstrated good moral character and a clear criminal background check
  • 2+ years of school-based psychology experience (preferred)
  • Bilingual candidates strongly preferred (especially Spanish-English)
  • Prior virtual/teletherapy experience is a plus
  • Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet, dedicated home workspace
