The Marketing Manager will lead and produce all marketing deliverables such as qualifications, proposals, presentations, and in-house planning meetings to strategically position Skanska in the market. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: managing and developing the local marketing team; communicating corporate marketing strategies; translating innovative ideas into proposal content; maintaining internal partner relationships; participating in business/sales planning; tracking project pipeline; planning trade shows, award submissions, and office meetings; representing the firm to clients and industry organizations; and proactively mitigating risks.

Participate in senior leadership meetings

Check in with direct reports

Collaborate with national marketing team members

Work with local project teams on proposal strategies

Coordinate with Communications on public relations issues

Required Qualifications:

6+ years of marketing experience in the Architectural, Construction, Engineering (AEC) industry

3+ years of experience responding to RFQs, RFPs, and developing presentations in high-tech manufacturing or advanced technology sectors

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office Suite

Strong writing, proofreading, and editing skills

Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or related field, or 8 years of relevant experience with at least 7 years of prior relevant experience
