CaseGuard is expanding its team and looking for a Technical Video Creator who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. We’re seeking a self-motivated individual who is proactive in solving problems, eager to learn, and ready to contribute wherever needed. Are you passionate about creating high-quality, technical video content that informs and inspires? The ideal candidate is not only skilled at video production but also understands how to break down complex software workflows and translate them into engaging, educational content.
Responsibilities
- Create engaging, high-quality video content that highlights our AI platform: feature walkthroughs, product tutorials, release promos, and customer stories
- Be both behind and in front of the camera—help bring a face and voice to CaseGuard’s brand
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to script, storyboard, shoot, and edit compelling videos
- Skilled in performing comprehensive competitor analysis and research to drive strategic decisions and enhance market positioning.
- Craft engaging short-form videos for YouTube while also delivering comprehensive long-form explainers and demonstrations that truly captivate your audience.
- Manage content calendars, feedback cycles, and distribution schedules
- Optimize video formats, titles, thumbnails, and metadata for YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, and our website
- Monitor performance and help evolve our content based on trends and analytics
- 1+ years of experience in video production, content creation, or digital storytelling
- Comfortable on-camera and able to speak confidently about technical products
- Strong skills in Adobe Premiere Pro (and ideally After Effects or similar tools)
- Experience creating content across platforms like YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Instagram
- Solid understanding of lighting, sound, scripting, and modern filming techniques
- A portfolio or examples of video work (especially product explainers or promo videos)
- Bonus: Experience in tech, SaaS, or AI-related storytelling
