In a Nutshell: Our Senior Media Analysts are central to campaign execution, ensuring media plans translate into real-world results aligned with client goals. They drive campaign success through strategic placement across digital platforms, develop media buying strategies, and forecast media spend. They contribute positively to company, team, and client objectives.
What You'll Do:
- Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance, extract insights, and exceed client expectations.
- Manage campaign buys across digital platforms like Meta, Google, Amazon, Twitter, Snapchat, Pinterest, LinkedIn, TikTok, The Trade Desk, etc., with real-time optimization.
- Develop and implement media plans, including platform selection, target audience, and creative strategies.
- Monitor campaign performance, manage budgets, troubleshoot issues, and provide updates and recommendations.
- Create data-driven narratives, analyze trends, and prepare client reports.
- Collaborate with teams such as Client Services, Strategy, and Creative for seamless execution.
- Build relationships with platform partners like Meta, Twitter, Snapchat, Google.
- Oversee trafficking for Media Analysts, resolve issues, and mentor team members.
- Anticipate challenges, escalate issues, and ensure quality in budget management, brand safety, and compliance.
- Lead discussions on strategy, performance, and optimization.
- Prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and improve workflows.
What You've Got:
- At least 1 year of experience as a Media Buyer or similar in an agency setting.
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, V-Lookups, macros).
- Proficiency in platforms such as Facebook/Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, Pinterest, LinkedIn, TikTok, DV360, The Trade Desk, etc.
- Experience with analytics and measurement tools like Google Analytics, MOAT, IAS, DoubleVerify, Nielsen, etc.
- Knowledge of attribution systems and partners.
- Effective communication skills across various tools and channels.
- Hands-on management and optimization skills for multiple ad platforms.
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines, seek growth opportunities, and foster curiosity within the team.
