As a Nail Technician, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nail services, including manicures, pedicures, and various nail enhancements. Your expertise in customer service and ability to communicate effectively will enhance the overall client experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of nail services, including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, and nail art.
• Ensure all tools and equipment are properly sanitized before and after each use.
• Provide excellent customer service by understanding client needs and offering personalized recommendations.
• Upsell additional services and products to enhance the client's experience.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace in accordance with health and safety regulations.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in nail care and beauty treatments.
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding their preferences and any concerns.
• Assist with retail sales by applying knowledge of retail math to manage inventory effectively.

Skills

• Proficient in various nail techniques, including structured manicures, gel polish, and more.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Excellent communication skills to clearly convey information and recommendations.
• Experience in esthetics preferred but not required
• Ability to upsell services while maintaining a focus on client satisfaction.
• Strong attention to detail when performing nail services.
