About Us

Better Buzz Coffee is opening a second location at Fashion Valley Mall! This new café will be on level two by the food court.

We are looking for passionate Baristas to join our team and help us open this new location! Join us to create a BUZZ that is felt, seen, heard & remembered. We inspire our guests to rise early, dream big & have fun!

Details:

• Location: 7007 Friars Rd. Ste 855 A, San Diego, CA 92108, on level two by the food court
• Hours: 22+ hours per week
• Pay: $17.85/hour plus tips once open to the public
• Training: Provided before opening

Responsibilities:

• Create a welcoming environment with excellent drink experiences
• Have fun and enhance customer experience
• Follow recipes and standards
• Engage with the community

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• 1-2 years of Food & Beverage experience preferred
• Experience in high-volume drive-thru preferred
• Experience opening new stores is a plus
