We are looking for a beauty-obsessed, well-connected, and proactive Account Executive to join our VIP & Influencer Relations team in our NYC office. In this role, you’ll support and lead efforts to strategically place our clients’ products with top-tier talent, makeup artists, glam teams, and influencers. You will play a key role in building relationships, managing seeding initiatives, and identifying the moments that drive visibility, credibility, and conversion for our clients.

We are looking for a beauty-obsessed, well-connected, and proactive Account Executive to join our VIP & Influencer Relations team in our NYC office. In this role, you’ll support and lead efforts to strategically place our clients’ products with top-tier talent, makeup artists, glam teams, and influencers. You will play a key role in building relationships, managing seeding initiatives, and identifying the moments that drive visibility, credibility, and conversion for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and execute strategic VIP and influencer seeding programs for beauty clients, ensuring timely and impactful delivery
• Identify and pursue relevant placement opportunities tied to red carpet events, press tours, fashion weeks, and editorial shoots
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with celebrity makeup artists, talent groomers, hairstylists, influencers, VIPS, agents, and publicists
• Coordinate glam sends, on-the-ground seeding, and custom moments for talent and glam teams
• Track and compile real-time coverage across social media, red carpets, editorial, and events
• Draft and distribute VIP alerts and internal recaps with placement details, visuals, and engagement metrics
• Monitor upcoming tentpole events and cultural moments to proactively position client products
• Act as a point of contact for inbound requests from talent teams and proactively pitch product for inclusion in red carpet, tour, and social moments
• Partner with internal teams (earned media, digital, brand) to ensure VIP/influencer strategy is aligned with broader comms efforts
• Contribute to client reporting, including regular updates, KPI tracking, and wrap reports
• Stay up to date on emerging talent, beauty trends, and cultural moments with relevance to clients
• Attend client meetings, industry events, and brand activations as needed
