Summary
We are seeking an LA-based development coordinator to join our Cosm Studios team - a creative studio at the forefront of immersive entertainment. This is an exciting opportunity for a junior level professional looking to continue their journey in the exciting field of immersive storytelling, production and design.
In this role, you will work within the Cosm Studios team reporting directly to the Sr. Director of Studio Development and will be responsible for coordinating productions across our slate of Cosm Studios Originals and Performance genres liaising with the Creative Productions team. Strong administrative, project management and interpersonal skills will be required to manage project scheduling, timelines, budgets and external relationships. We’re looking for someone who is highly organized, production-minded, and creatively curious.
Day-to-day you will be working across a variety of productions with a focus on our Natural Awe and Wonder and theatrical IP adaption categories including 3+ productions at any given time, all slated for release across Cosm Venues and our global fulldome planetarium network.

Responsibilities
- Assist with day-to-day operations, planning and logistics around Cosm Studios Entertainment productions from concept/project kickoff through delivery
- Liase between Filmmakers, artists, IP holders and the Creative Productions team through tech validation. partner vetting and content testing
- Own scheduling, project management, documentation, updates, weekly calls and full production scope
- Conduct research to develop profiles on IP, talent, creators, and companies
- Assist in event planning and logistics for premieres, festivals, and industry conferences
- In-venue presence required for site visits, content testing and meetings as well as opportunities to travel to other Cosm Venues and test centers across the country.
- Minimum two years’ experience within a high-performing and multidisciplinary team environment.
- Production development experience in filmed, theatrical and natural wildlife entertainment with a strong knowledge of the entertainment ecosystem. Experience in immersive/LBE is a plus.
- This role requires an individual with equal parts creative mindset and interest in production.
- Well-organized, resourceful with and able to thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
- Excellent presentation, communication, and verbal/ written skills with the ability to keep teams informed in a dynamic environment across all levels and departments
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office: PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Notion. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite a plus.
- Problem solver with agile mindset and willing to roll up sleeves and jump in to help where needed
