Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze product engineering specifications for accuracy.
• Integrate technical content from service bulletins into publications.
• Revise instructions to match engineering data.
• Develop or coordinate illustrations to support instructions.
• Ensure publications conform to style guides and templates.
• Eliminate ambiguities between engineering data and publications.
• Incorporate engineering changes into documents.
• Submit drafts for internal review in Adobe FrameMaker.
• Collaborate with engineers, graphic artists, and other technical writers.

Computer Skills:

• Type >25 words per minute.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows 7/10, Office 365, Adobe Acrobat.

Preferred Skills:

• Adobe FrameMaker, Photoshop, Microsoft Visio, Corel Designer, CAD software (Inventor, SolidWorks, Creo), PLM software (Windchill).

Language Skills:

• Fluent in English (speaking, reading, writing).
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex engineering specifications.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Aerospace, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• At least two years of experience in aerospace or mechanical engineering fields.

Qualifications:

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Some knowledge of Microsoft Visio, Windchill, and SolidWorks preferred.
