Role and Responsibilities

• Plan, design, build, manage, and review content that complies with the website standards.
• Participate in frontend web development project lifecycle from pitch/prototyping through definition and design to build, integration, quality analysis, and delivery.
• Assist Project Managers with effort estimation, timeline planning, and requirement gathering for projects.
• Inculcate a culture of innovation and high quality in teams.
• Influence, collaborate, and communicate effectively with various leaders to motivate or mentor a team.
• Work in a fast-paced development environment.
• Interact with product owners, business analysts, testers, and developers.
• Design overall solutions and individual applications.
• Contribute toward excellence in a highly collaborative, team-oriented environment.
• Handle team concerns with guidance from the division head.
• Identify team members’ capabilities and utilize them to the organization’s advantage.

Skills And Experience

• Advanced knowledge of JavaScript and Functional Programming.
• Expertise in JavaScript, ES6, ES7, HTML5, CSS3, SASS, Webpack.
• Prior experience in Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) is mandatory.
• Proficient in building RESTful web services.
• Well-versed with JavaScript design patterns.
• Good understanding of design principles to build scalable and data-driven applications.
• Understanding of SDLC methodologies, performance testing, application tuning, and load testing.
• Strong experience with low-latency, high-availability, performant applications.
• Experience with test-driven development, CI/CD.
• Thorough understanding of Unix systems and CLI.
• Expertise in Git/GitHub or similar VCS.
• Ability to communicate complex ideas.
• Proficient in JavaScript unit testing.
• Good knowledge of performance testing, application tuning, load testing.
• Excellent communication skills.
