Job Description

Our client is seeking an experienced UX Designer to support a high-impact design team by defining business problems, translating requirements into intuitive solutions, and delivering end-to-end member experiences. This role partners closely with cross-functional teams to facilitate design sessions, align stakeholders, and bring concepts from discovery through delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Apply human-centered design principles to create effective, user-focused solutions
• Define business problems and translate them into clear design requirements
• Facilitate cross-functional design sessions and collaborate with stakeholders to build alignment
• Design user interfaces for responsive web and native mobile applications (iOS/Android)
• Create and deliver end-to-end user experiences including flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs
• Participate in research efforts and synthesize findings into actionable design improvements
• Present design work clearly and confidently to partners and leadership
• Ensure work aligns with risk management standards and policies
• Support multiple product teams within a large-scale program across different phases of delivery

Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years applying human-centered design methods to solve user and business problems
• 3+ years facilitating cross-functional sessions and building consensus across diverse groups
• 3+ years designing user interfaces for responsive web and native mobile applications
• Strong understanding of:
  • Website navigation best practices
  • Mobile UI patterns
  • Information architecture
  • Usability principles
