Must-Have Skills:

• 5+ years of experience as a UX/UI Designer with a strong portfolio across UX disciplines (research, IA, interaction, and visual design)
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or Axure
• Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills

Nice to Have Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in HCI, Design, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing
