Position Summary
The Bar Manager will be responsible for planning, directing, and overseeing all bar operations, including managing staff, ensuring product and service standards are met, and implementing procedures for maximum operating efficiency.
This role pays an hourly wage of $14 to $18.

Responsibilities
- Managing the bar inventory and product movement
- Building tents for events
- Loading out on event completion
- Preparing alcohol or non-alcohol beverages
- Interacting with customers
- Assessing customer needs and making recommendations
- Checking IDs and confirming legal drinking age
- Restocking and replenishing bar inventory and supplies
- Ensuring excellent guest experience
- Handling complaints positively and following proper procedures
- Complying with food and beverage regulations
- Promoting alcohol awareness and responsible serving
- Maintaining workplace safety
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of relevant experience
- Relevant training certificate
