We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Advertising Agent to join our growing team in Cincinnati. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing advertising strategies tailored to each client’s goals. This position requires strong communication skills, creativity, and a deep understanding of market trends and consumer behavior.
Responsibilities
- Plan, design, and implement advertising campaigns for a variety of clients
- Analyze market research to identify trends and consumer insights
- Collaborate with creative teams and account managers to develop campaign strategies
- Manage advertising budgets and timelines efficiently
- Monitor and report on campaign performance and effectiveness
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and media partners
- Ensure all advertising content aligns with brand guidelines and goals
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in advertising or marketing preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong project management and organizational abilities

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic advertising software/tools
