Responsibilities:

Communication Management

You are responsible for developing and executing internal and external communication plans and programs. Leadership communications: Provide strategic communication support and guidance to the Plant Director and leadership team. Organizational communications: Implement internal communication channels on key topics based on the approved strategy. External communications: Enhance Goodyear's profile through PR outreach to community, government, and media. Serve as the custodian of the Goodyear brand in the plant, increasing its value across all communication channels.

Office Management

Maintain the plant calendar to support daily management. Arrange VIP and government visitors' agendas and logistics, including F411 governance and improvements. Support company events and activities, respond to departmental inquiries, and prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations. Manage office administrative work and assist leadership. Oversee office services and supplies to meet administrative needs efficiently. Ensure office standards and procedures are appropriate and compliant.

Cost Control

Govern, review, and approve expenditures to ensure activities stay within budget.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated skills in organizational communication, strategic planning, and execution.
• Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and presentation skills in Chinese and English.
• Strong judgment, creative problem-solving, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Excellent project management, organizational, and planning abilities. Resilient and self-reliant.
• Ability to work in a high-performance culture with a strategic mindset, leading planning processes, establishing priorities, and evaluating results.
• FI and zero loss mindset.
