Morreale works out of a custom office in Rosemont, IL. The office is within walking distance to shopping, dining, and special events, with free parking and transportation from the CTA Blue Line. While we will continue to offer a flexible work schedule, we are only considering candidates who are enthusiastic about being in the Rosemont office to collaborate with colleagues three days per week.

We pride ourselves on excellence, innovation, and integrity. We are seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to join our team.

The Graphic Designer supports client brand development and all design aspects, working across project lifecycles from concept to execution, collaborating with teams and vendors. They will lead in creating large integrated campaigns for industries like health & wellness, energy & utilities, transportation & infrastructure, and public affairs, as well as supporting internal marketing and business development.

Reporting to the Senior Creative Director, the Designer will be responsible for creating logos, defining brand guidelines, implementing website wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and developing print/digital collateral, social media/paid media designs with animation, illustrating, and editing videos using After Effects/Premiere.

Our ideal candidate pays attention to detail, is resourceful, eager to try new things, and comfortable designing across various brand aesthetics.

Notable Requirements: Video editing and photography skills are a plus. Knowledge of branding, web design, Wix, Adobe XD, After Effects, Premiere, and explainer video animation is required.

Responsibilities:

  • Brand Development: Engage in pre-design work, contribute to presentations, participate in naming and ideation sessions.
  • Identity Design: Create logos, develop color palettes, typography systems, patterns, and brand imagery; produce mockups and final assets; create design guidelines.
  • Collateral Design: Design print and digital materials like factsheets, flyers, signage, brochures, social media ads, banners, presentations, infographics, and motion graphics.
  • Digital Web Design: Create user experiences, mockups, implement visual identity, optimize for SEO and accessibility, and test across devices.
  • Photography: Attend and photograph onsite events, travel within Illinois, and participate in field photography; training available if no experience.

Qualifications:

  • Personal vehicle required
  • Solutions-focused, detail-oriented designer
  • Work hybrid in Rosemont or Lisle, 3 days/week
  • Travel as needed within Illinois
  • BFA in Graphic Design or related field
  • Minimum 5 years agency/in-house experience
  • Experience with healthcare subjects preferred
  • Strong portfolio in typography and branding
  • Experience with integrated campaigns, visual identities, print, digital, and web design
  • Knowledge of copyright, intellectual property, basic coding (HTML5, CSS)
  • UI/UX experience with Figma and/or Adobe XD
  • File organization and project packaging skills
  • Understanding of printing/pre-press processes
  • Collaborative experience, ability to manage multiple projects, work independently, and meet deadlines
