Senior/ Lead UI Engineer Job at Grid Dynamics International, Inc. in San Ramon

We work primarily with large enterprise companies, helping them re-platform their client-facing web applications to modern technological stacks or build web applications for internal use. Our projects typically involve modern frameworks and tools such as Angular or ReactJS, with NodeJS used for back-end development. We also focus on performance optimization and architecture assessment. Our solutions are based on strong engineering practices, following the best DevOps and automation standards.

Essential functions

1. Interviewing users and creating user flows
2. Conducting A/B testing and usability testing
3. Preparing materials for implementation

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of practical experience
• Creativity and awareness of current design trends
• Ability to analyze and structure data
• Good listening skills and openness to colleagues' and clients' views
• Ability to explain and justify decisions
• Attention to detail and quality
• Constructive attitude towards criticism
• Experience with paper, pencil, boards, and stickers
• Proficiency with tools like Figma, Principle, Sketch; experience with Axure, Invision, Moqups, Marvel, Zeppelin, Xmind, Flinto is a plus
• Experience with Google Suite
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred

Preferred qualifications include:

• 3-4 years of UI development framework experience
