At Coughlin Kia of Lancaster, we've got more business than we can handle, and we need you! We are currently looking for an experienced Service Writer/Advisor for our Kia dealership in Lancaster.
The Service Advisor serves as the primary point of contact for all automotive service customers. As a Service Advisor you will be responsible for all aspects of the repair process including greeting customers, setting expectations for completion of repairs, selling repairs, communicating with technicians and exceeding the customer expectations.
Coughlin Automotive is one of the fastest growing dealerships in Central Ohio. We carry thirteen brands including Buick, Chrysler, GMC, Ford, Chevrolet, Jeep, Dodge, Ram, Cadillac, Hyundai, Toyota, Nissan, and Kia. We have seventeen locations in the Central Ohio area, including Newark, Pataskala, Circleville, Heath, Chillicothe, Lancaster, Dublin, Lewis Center, and Marysville.
