About the Role

The Company is in search of a visionary Vice President, Brand & Creative to lead the transformation of its global brand strategy and creative vision. This executive will be tasked with redefining the brand's positioning, voice, and architecture, with a focus on deep consumer insight and a differentiated creative point of view. The role involves overseeing all aspects of brand development, product marketing, and integrated creative execution, ensuring that the brand is consistently and effectively communicated across all consumer touchpoints. The successful candidate will be a passionate steward of the brand, managing both in-house and external creative resources to optimize for impact, efficiency, and brand consistency. They will also be responsible for leading a creative team, enlisting agency resources, and streamlining creative operations to deliver world-class concepts at scale. Key responsibilities for the Vice President, Brand & Creative include brand stewardship, consumer understanding, product marketing, integrated marketing, and world-class creative. The role requires a leader with strong fluency in digital, proven experience in brand reinvention, and a track record of managing high-performing teams. The candidate should be adept at building and shaping a brand marketing capability, nurturing a collaborative marketing community, and driving subscription growth. Performance measures for the role include incremental bookings growth, improved brand health metrics, increased customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.
