Responsibilities

• Execute marketing projects related to promotional materials and programs for both international and U.S. markets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing plans that align with business objectives.
• Manage the submission and approval process for promotional materials, ensuring compliance with corporate policies.
• Coordinate logistics for conferences and meetings, maintaining budget and timeline adherence.
• Prepare and present project progress reports to keep stakeholders informed.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and lead training sessions for team members and external partners.

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with marketing technology and the MLR review process.
• Experience in the healthcare or medical device industry is a plus.
• Proficiency in tools such as Veeva PromoMats or Adobe AEM/Workfront.
