About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Vice President with a strong entrepreneurial spirit to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be a strategic partner to the Managing Director, playing a pivotal role in decision-making, agency growth strategy, and long-term planning. This leadership position demands a visionary with a proven track record in healthcare public relations and communications, particularly in the areas of branded pharmaceutical product communications and scientific storytelling. The role is not just about chasing opportunities but about creating them, and the ideal candidate will be a go-getter, motivated to build relationships, win new clients, and leave a lasting impact. As the senior-most hire, the EVP will be responsible for leading RFP responses, organic growth efforts, and developing insight-driven communications programs that drive measurable change. They must be confident and polished in front of senior decision-makers, with a high-performance mindset balanced by empathy and a team-first leadership approach. The role also involves representing the company externally, from networking to presenting at industry conferences, and fostering a culture of creativity, inclusivity, and accountability within the agency. The EVP will have the rare opportunity to co-lead, influence agency direction, and help evolve a growing team with a strong foundation and a bold vision.
