About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President for Institutional Advancement, Marketing, and Public Relations to provide strategic leadership in fundraising, marketing, public relations, and small business entrepreneurship centers. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive strategies to enhance the institution's visibility, secure financial support, and foster strong relationships with the community and key stakeholders. This role involves leading the development of fundraising strategies, building and maintaining relationships with alumni, donors, and corporate partners, and overseeing donor cultivation and recognition programs. The Vice President will also be tasked with developing and implementing integrated marketing and branding strategies, serving as the primary spokesperson for the institution, and ensuring consistent and positive messaging. Applicants for the Vice President position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 7 years of work-related experience, or a Master's degree and a minimum of 3 years of work-related experience. A Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred, along with a proven track record in fundraising, marketing, public relations, and managing external relationships. The ideal candidate will have experience in small business development programs, strong leadership skills, and exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
