The Company is seeking a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to join their innovative startup. The CMO will be instrumental in defining and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy to enhance brand recognition and drive sales on a national scale. This role is pivotal in designing and implementing targeted campaigns, particularly for brokers and key partners in the lending sector. The ideal candidate will be a tech-savvy marketing leader with a startup mindset, capable of working hands-on with the existing marketing technology stack and, if necessary, restructuring it to align with the company's goals. While experience in the lending or financial services industry is preferred, it is not mandatory.
Key responsibilities for the CMO include overseeing and optimizing the marketing technology stack, driving grassroots marketing initiatives, and managing brand positioning and messaging for consistency across all channels. The successful candidate will be a proven senior marketing executive, ideally with a background in a startup environment, and will be comfortable with a hybrid work model. They must have a strong technical marketing skill set and a demonstrated ability to develop and execute campaigns that deliver measurable results. The CMO will work closely with the leadership team to ensure that marketing efforts are in line with business objectives and will have a direct impact on the company's path to profitability and growth.
